SET OF RULES IN CA’ORA and CA’PELER
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Dates: from June to September- Minimum stay: 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in: from 15:30 to 18pm: inform the property in advance about the time of arrival.
The guests are expected at Casa Navene Lorenzi to receive the keys and
information regarding the apartment.
Arrivals outside the scheduled times must be agreed in advance with the property.
Check-out: departure is scheduled by 9am. The apartment must be left free of waste, in order,
and with clean appliances and equipment.
RENTAL CONDITIONS
Included services: Main taxes. Light. Water. Gas. TV-Sat. Internet. WIFI. Kitchen equipment as
described. Dishwasher and Washing machine (where present).Ironing set.
Hairdryer. Portable barbecue. Portable radio. Parking place .
Mandatory extra cost: Tourist tax-Local service charge – Deposit in cash, on arrival.
On- site paid services : Autonomous heating, if necessary.
Baby bed, if necessary.
Bed linen and towels if needed
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Bed linen and towels are not normally provided by the property and it is advisable
to bring them with you. Exceptionally they can be booked for hire at the property.
